Overview

Safer Group operate in a regulated environment where compliance is not optional. We worked with the team to introduce AI into the sales and operational workflow in a way that helps the team — without creating new compliance risk.

What we worked on

  • Narrow AI agents scoped to specific tasks (triage, summary, drafting)
  • Call transcription with controlled storage and access patterns
  • Reporting and audit trails so every AI-assisted action is traceable
  • Process design that keeps a human in the loop wherever a decision affects a customer
